Marco has successfully walked the Sweat to Scale journey over the last 25 plus years. From being hands-on, to starting Bluleader, a niche SAP Tech Services business.   He, with his team, built a highly successful tech consultancy that was recognised as the leader in its field. Due to this success, Bluleader was acquired by DXC Technology, and successfully integrated into the DXC business.  Marco is passionate about helping owners of Tech Services business achieve their goals in the most efficient way possible whilst avoiding the many pitfalls he encountered.  He understands the technical components of IT and seamlessly integrates them with business strategy.
